Phentermine Diet Pills ( Adipex )
As you can see from the picture on my profile I had a baby! My very first one and I love her to death but I gained 80 pounds during my pregnancy. I was out of control with eating and also very depressed because of my size. My cousin who is a nurse told me to try Phentermine because she had lost 40 pounds on it. Now my problem is I can handle most diet pills because the way they make me feel. They either give me panic attacks or the jitters. Needless to say I really didn't want to try them. I also was not dropping the pounds like everyone told me I would. Normally if you go to the doctors you can get a prescription for them but I didn't have my insurance any longer so I ordered them online. There is a lot of good pharmacies out there that don't require prion scripts. Some ask to call your doctor and verify that you can have it. Just do you research and I wouldn't recommend ordering from a pharmacy overseas. The brand name is Adipex and they come in usually 37.5 mg. I started by only taking half a pill as soon as I got up and not eating for about an hour. These pills made it very hard for me to eat and when I did I only ate smaller portions. To date I have lost 35 pounds and still counting. The only thing I did was take them longer then recommended and when I stopped taking them I was really tired for about 1 week. These were some of the only pills I have taken that work really well. With out them I eat on things all day. I am not telling anyone to take these with out speaking with their doctor and seeing if they are ok for you. I am only telling you how well they worked for and my cousin. Best wishes!
Guess My Favorite Mascara
Let me start out by saying I have the worst eyelashes in the world. They are short and I swear I only have about 7 per eye. Never the less I have tried many many different kinds of mascara to butter them up. There is a few that are good, for example Lancome is known for their great mascara and I think Clinique has some good stuff as well, but if you don't want to spend as much I would definitely choose Great Lash by Mabelline. Allure magazine has voted it best mascara many times and I think its because it goes on so smoothly. It is not a dry clumpy mascara and if you don't know what brand I'm talking about think of the pink and green tube. Every woman I know uses it faithfully. My trick is I put either Vaseline or Vitamin E on my lashes at night to help them stay smoother, and then I always curl them before applying the mascara. I actually blink while doing because it seems to make them stretch out longer. Afterwards I take my tweezers and gently pinch the eyelashes and pull up to straighten them out. Works great for me. I would say this mascara is a great value as well. Please leave your comments and let me know if this is the kind you like or what your favorite brand is and why.
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Review
I am a big fan of the mineral makeup which seems to be the latest trend in makeup, but a foundation that I use with my mineral makeup that I just love is the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. You can get it at drugs stores or if your like me you do most of shopping online. I find better deals online. I have light skin so I use the porcelain ivory color and what is so neat about this stuff is it has a light whipped texture. It really is like a mousse! It covers really well and never gets cakey. It doesn't wear off and stays looking natural. I apply a thin layer of cream of moisture surge let it soak in and then apply the mousse. After I finish with a light mineral veil for that photo finish and my skin looks flawless ( even when its not ). This foundations goes a long way to. Mine last for months before I need to buy another one so I would recommend this to a friend for sure.
Clinique Moisture Surge Spray
Okay ladies this stuff is my favorite! You can buy it online for about 20.00$ for the regular sized bottle. It is great to use because first off its a spray and second it is fragrance free. It comes out in a light mist and also has caffeine in it so that helps with wrinkles. A bottle of this last a long time and gives your skin a much needed drink. It is very refreshing and light and doesn't have any strong odors to it. It makes you skin smooth and healthy looking and you can even spray over your makeup. There is also a cream that it comes in that is just as good but I just like the spray bottle better for myself. Works great to calm skin after a face peels. Stops the stinging because there is aloe vera in it. Love this stuff!
Glycolic Acid Facial Peels
Now I will have to admit that I was a little nervous when I bought an "Acid" peel because it sounds a little scary. There is many places online that sell all kinds of different peels and I purchased mine for about 20.00$. It comes in a small bottle but there is usually many peels in these bottles. Normally if you go to a spa to have one done it can range from 150.00$ to 300.00$
I just was not willing to pay that so I did some online searching online at different skin care sites and they come in ranges from 15.00$-50.00$. The strange thing is they all seemed the same except for the price. There is different strengths though. If you have real sensitive skin then I would start off with a lower strength. I got the 35% Glycolic acid peels for me and my girlfriend who are both fair skinned. You just wash your face and apply a thin layer with some cotton pads and you may need a fan because it will sting a little bit. You can leave on most of them for 2-6 minutes. The directions said do 1 peel every 7 days for about 6 weeks. After the first treatment our skin was much brighter but a little red for the night like a light sunburn. There was a little bit of peeling the next day which revealed nicer looking skin. With every treatment our faces looked brighter and our tone of our skin was evened out tons! We both feel that these were far worth the money. They work way better then any stuff you can get from your drug store. These are much more powerful. I would recommend putting a fragrance free moisture type cream on your face a few hours after and keep doing it because the creams can get down into you skin better. I love these peels but make sure you read the directions carefully so you dont do any damage to your face. I will continue to buy these type of peels and am very happy with the results! Good luck.
What Skin Care, Makeup and Diets Work?
First off let me say I have tried just about everything on the market for nice smooth clear skin. I have bought items from stores, online, eBay, overseas etc. There is alot of hype out there and it is hard to know what really works best. Everyone claims something magical will happen by using their product but what is really true? The first product that I wanted to share with you I feel works for me. This is just educational and only my opinions and a few others that have tried it and are hear to tell you are results.
